We are the only butcher shop in the upstate of SC that carries U.S.D.A. Prime beef. U.S.D.A. Prime is the highest grade awarded by the government which reflects it's tenderness and marbling. Less than 1% of the beef in the world grades U.S.D.A. Prime and is only utilized by the finest restaurants in the country. Our philosophy with all of our food is to purchase only the finest quality available to offer our customers the finest cuts in town and fine dining restaurant quality dinners at a fraction of the cost. Our pork, chicken, and seafood are of the same quality and our vegetables and soups are always fresh.
